Dear Towne Point Families,
It is with great honor, excitement, and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Towne Point Elementary School. I am truly excited to join this incredible learning community and to partner with you in supporting the academic success and well-being of every student.
I bring with me over 18 years of experience in education within the Capital School District, having served as an instructional coach, district leader, and most recently as an Assistant Principal at the Dover Middle School Campus. Throughout my career, I have led initiatives focused on equitable access for students, restorative practices, strong instructional systems, and inclusive, evidence-based literacy supports for diverse learners. My leadership is rooted in collaboration, equity, and innovation, and I am deeply committed to ensuring that every student receives the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
I hold two master’s degrees in education and multiple certifications including School Administration, Gifted Education, English as a Second Language, and Special Education. These experiences have strengthened my instructional leadership and reinforced my belief that all students can achieve at high levels when provided with high-quality instruction and a supportive learning environment.
